Renecost

The Renecost system is a leading, top-class voltage stabiliser that combines two key functions: precise voltage stabilisation and intelligent voltage optimisation.

Operating principle:

Thanks to its unique control characteristics, it keeps the output voltage constant at the set value with a high accuracy of 0.5% – regardless of fluctuations in the grid voltage or changes in load. Any deviation is detected immediately and quickly compensated. Its unique, fully automatic bypass system ensures uninterrupted operation even in the event of faults such as overload, short circuit or overheating. There is no “switching” in the classic sense, but rather intelligent, delay-free bypassing that is imperceptible to the energy consumer. As the only system of its kind, Renecost meets the strict requirements of the international standard DIN EN 61558-2-26 (VDE 0570-2-26:2014-05), thus setting the benchmark for safety and reliability.

The Renecost system was developed to meet the constantly growing demands on power quality and stability in modern grids with a high share of renewable energies. While conventional stabilisers often reach their limits when fluctuating feed-in from photovoltaic or wind power plants affects the grid voltage, the Renecost system not only compensates for these fluctuations – it even anticipates them thanks to its adaptive control technology.

At the heart of the system is a patented control technology based on real-time analysis of grid behaviour. Using high-precision sensors and a powerful processor unit, the grid voltage is continuously monitored. As soon as even minimal deviations from the setpoint are detected, the system initiates immediate, fully automatic compensation.

A special feature is the scalable design of the Renecost system. Whether used in a single-family home, a commercial facility or a large industrial site, the system can be modularly adapted to the respective requirements. By connecting multiple units in parallel, virtually any power rating can be realised.

Last but not least, the Renecost system actively contributes to the energy transition. By actively compensating for grid fluctuations caused by decentralised renewable energy systems, it enables a higher share of green electricity in the grid without compromising its stability.
